Our 18-year old son was diagnosed with Schizoaffective Disorder in 2020. We didn’t see It coming. Everyday is moment by moment. Resources are limited. Helplessness is always around the corner, but we choose Positivity. We focus on helping him be his best self and keeping our family whole. Faith is key. Mental Health Wellness Education
